So here's an outfit featuring two of my current favorites in my closet matched perfectly, again. Honestly, I am not so much into sweaters before since Philippines is a tropical country, but due to climate change, I don't have so much of a choice. So little did I know that I'm going to love having and wearing one. The blue green knitted sweater is an absolute favorite, what I love about it is of course, the color, the deep V-neck, the fit and the warmth it provides. Because of my so much love on my knitted sweater, I want to experiment more with it and so this is the first series of my "ONE-TOP-DIFFERENT-LOOKS". I am not sure yet how many outfit I can think of with one top so I'm keeping my title open. :)

For the first look, I matched it with my golden high-waist shorts, I am a sucker for high-waist shorts, I feel like its giving my body some volume and it always looks classy, especially in gold. I finished my look with mom's trusted platforms and a gold snake-looking bracelet (which I don't have a close-up pic).

This outfit is not just stylish and classy, but way way comfortable. I wore this to a play time with my nephews at a new play place in Robinson Galleria, Kidzoona!!! WE. HAD. SO. MUCH. FUN. Yes, not just the kids! It's for all ages! Look at the pictures below to see how much fun we had!

Summer in December

I'm finally blogging about our beach trip / Christmas party in Pico de Loro. This is just a teaser of my overnight trip with my lovely and wonderful friends #HGLF. Don't ask what does it mean. :D

A friendly advise to those who are planning to have a vacation in Pico de Loro, bring your own car or hire a rent-a-car or avail of the ferry services they offer. Don't try to go on commute! The bus ride is okay, the usual, but the trip from Nasugbu town proper is an 18 km, up and down, curvy road! The tricycle ride is really scary. The worst part in that is your arrival at the front gate where all the members and guest came with their cars. Good thing I got the best company, so we just laugh at it the whole time.

Here's an outfit I wore on our way to Pico. I opt for something easy and comfortable since we will be in a three hour bus ride and almost an hour tricycle ride. If I knew the tricycle ride will be that long, I would have worn something else. Oh well, I think the floral dress makes me look fresh after all those adventuress . Or that's just me? hahaha

Night at the Carnival

Few hours to go and we will all be facing another year! Aren't you excited for what has 2015 in store for you? I am!

Honestly, I am still up for making new year's resolution, but this year I want it to be more mature. No more "I will lose weight of __ lbs. or something like that". For this coming year, I want to challenge myself even more, to make myself bolder, stronger and wiser.

In 2014, I have taken steps to reach my two dreams, one is a cupcake business with my sister and of course, to start my own personal blog. Both are still small but taking that risks of starting it without actually expecting much in return is really fulfilling. It's just doing the things you want, however tired it can make you at the end of the day it will bring happiness you can't imagine.

So with all that, I want to share with you an outfit where two of my new favorite items in my closet was matched. It's like a matched made in heaven (OA aside).

I really love how my top and skirt from Pink Manila complements and balances each other. The flare skirt got all the drama and the attention, while my plaid cropped top tone my outfit down. I decided to wear nude heels and gold accessories for a more elegant look.

This outfit is perfect for a carnival themed party or actually any party for that matter. What do you think??? Love to know!!!
